Suzy Madge is a tour guide, life coach and perhaps more importantly a ski mountaineering adventurer - she also lives in the mountainous city of Brighton. Her determination and wilful nature were apparent at an early age on turning vegetarian when her Dad was a butcher! Two winters working in the Alps developed her passion for snow and beaufort cheese, and now when she is not towing grumpy Americans in search of air conditioning and ice around Europe, she will either be on the snow in Chamonix or the murky sea off Brighton windsurfing or kiting. Suzy’s film I Can Do That was shown at Kendal in 2007 and in the same year she became the first British women to make a ski descent of Cho Oyu.
