Calum Maclean is a film-maker, photographer, TV presenter, and obsessive outdoor swimmer.
Calum made a series of viral videos for the BBC The Social platform, including his "Scottish Water Temperature Chart" (for which he still gets heckled at various bodies of water!). This led to his BBC ALBA series "Dhan Uisge", a light-hearted adventure around some of Scotland's best swimming spots - in winter! He works in both his native Scottish Gaelic and English.
He holds no records for distance swims, swimming firsts or fastest swims but has an insatiable appetite for finding new swim spots across Scotland.
Calum also works as an outdoor instructor, and is an ambassador for the Outdoor Swimming Society.
