Adventure Film Academy Pro

The AFA PRO 2010, is running 19th-26th July in Kendal, Cumbria.

The Adventure Film Academy PRO is a course to train film making professionals in the skills required to make Adventure films.

It is part funded by SKILLSET. Delegate numbers are limited to 8 places.

It is also supported by The School of Arts, Media and Heritage at Kendal College, and by Visual Impact.

Deadline for application is 31 May 2010

IT IS A STIPULATION OF SKILLSET THAT ALL WHO APPLY MUST WORK OR HAVE RECENTLY WORKED IN THE FILM INDUSTRY (FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS - THIS CAN INCLUDE SELF EMPLOYMENT).

The Aim of AFA PRO is to develop and extend production skills in hazardous environments with an emphasis on outdoor adventurous activities, and HD work flows.

This course is accesible through an application process, deadline for applications is 31st May 2010.

This course is part funded by Skillset and as such  the cost is subsidised and includes accommodation. 
The fee for the 8 day course is £250
