All over the country, there are words disappearing from children’s lives. These are the words of the natural world - Dandelion, Otter, Bramble and Acorn, all gone. The rich landscape of wild imagination and wild play is rapidly fading from our children’s minds. The Lost Words stands against the disappearance of wild childhood. It is a joyful celebration of nature words and the natural world they invoke. Join Jackie Morris as she shares why the book was made and the process of how the illustrations and words came together. Suitable for ages 4+
- Britain's Abandoned Playground
Come and watch a freerunner, highliner, BMX rider and skateboarder on stage as they share their urban playgrounds doing what they do best; back flipping, bar-spinning and vaulting! Suitable for ages 8+
- Parents and Babies Film Screening
An opportunity for parents and their babies to enjoy high-visual adventure shorts.
